Abstract
High-strength steel is a key material that affects the process of automobile lightweight,which can reduce the weight of automobiles and improve the collision safety at the same time,and has been widely used in the structural parts of automobiles.This paper discusses the formability of three kinds of 600 MPa grade automotive high strength steels.The paper compares the mechanical properties and formability of three kinds of high-strength steels,and provides a numerical simulation method that considers the anisotropy of sheet metal and uses the maximum principal strain to judge the fracture.The feasibility of this method is verified by the comparison between test and simulation,and the LDR values of the three materials are predicted.关键词
