Abstract
The upper mould on the hydraulic press is the core component connecting the main machine of the hydraulic press and the press mould.Its structural form,strength and stiffness directly affect the quality and efficiency of the pressed steel plate.In order to improve the efficiency of the hydraulic press,the structure of the press mould of the 15 MN hydraulic machine is analyzed.The design scheme of oblique key connection and bolt auxiliary connection between the upper mould and the press mould is put forward.The size and load of the key and keyway are determined.Solidworks finite element module was used to analyze the force of the design model,and the strength and stiffness of the structure were verified.The scheme not only improves the efficiency of steel plate pressing,but also reduces the deformation caused by lateral load as much as possible,effectively solves the problems of deformation and low pressing efficiency of the press mould,and greatly saves the production cost.关键词
