摘要
Abstract
When the pipelayer is operating,the hydraulic cylinder of the counterweight mechanism is always in a locked state,and the load is large,which requires it to not swing automatically without control.The hydraulic circuit of the counterweight mechanism is designed in this paper,,and two hydraulically controlled check valves are connected in parallel to form a hydraulic lock,so that the hydraulic cylinder can be fixed in any position.Based on the virtual prototype technology of hydraulic system,the machine-hydraulic coupling model of the counterweight mechanism was established.The mechanical model of the hydraulic circuit drive is simulated to obtain the force curve and the motion speed curve of the hydraulic cylinder.At the same time,the field test of the hydraulic cylinder components in the working device of the pipelayer was carried out,and the stress and strain of the hydraulic cylinder under the condition of the counterweight swing and retraction of the pipelayer were obtained.The test results are consistent with the simulation results,which can provide a basis for similar studies in the future,and provide a theoretical basis and method for the optimization and improvement of hydraulic devices.关键词
