Evidence-based Chinese Medicine and Next Generation of Evidence-based Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Thirty years after the birth of evidence-based medicine,the concept of the next generation of evidence-based medicine has been proposed and systematic summary.The next generation of evidence-based medicine is applied to a wide range of topics,fully utilizing existing data resources,balancing personalized diagnosis and treatment,making it more inclusive,improving the extrapolation of research results,making medical research more efficient,and shortening the research cycle.The practical scenarios and data characteristics of different treatments for the same disease,same treatment for different diseases,multiple courses of treatment with individualized diagnosis and treatment in the field of Chinese medicine research have a very good fit with the next generation of evidence-based medicine.The evidence-based medicine of Chinese medicine strategy in the next generation of evidence-based medicine era is:still need to design high-quality randomized controlled trials as much as possible,design better based on clinical data characteristics and causal inference rules,and comprehensively evaluate the quality of evidence based on Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)'evidence quality evaluation standards,advocate for the efficient use of artificial intelligence technology to carry out the application of Chinese medicine decision support systems and real-world research.The integration of multiple disciplines,methodological innovation,and firm practice of evidence-based medicine are the main ways to achieve high-quality development of evidence-based Chinese medicine.关键词
