Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of systematic health education combined with rehabilitation guidance strategies in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 104 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education and nursing,while the observation group received systematic health education combined with rehabilitation guidance strategies.The recovery status of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of discharge,the number of joint swelling and joint tenderness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the morning stiffness time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The average grip strength of both hands and treatment compliance questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).The above indicators in both groups were better than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After 3 days of intervention,at discharge and 3 months after discharge,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(all P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower scores than the control group at the same time point(all P＜0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the scores of the Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score Questionnaire in both groups were higher than those before intervention(all P＜0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education combined with rehabilitation guidance can promote the improvement of the condition of rheumatoid arthritis patients,improve their knee joint function and treatment compliance,and alleviate their pain.关键词
