基于微信平台和以家庭为中心的护理模式在厌食症患儿中的应用效果OA
Application effect of family-centered care model based on WeChat platform in children with anorexia
目的 探讨基于微信平台和以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)模式在厌食症患儿中的应用效果.方法 根据干预方法的不同将2022年9月至2023年7月在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院就诊的118例厌食症患儿分为2组,每组59例.最终对照组脱落5例,完成54例;干预组脱落6例,完成53例.对照组采取常规治疗与护理,干预组在对照组干预方式的基础上实施基于微信平台和以家庭为中心的护理模式,干预周期为4周.比较2组的干预效果.结果 干预组的治疗总有效率为98.11％(…查看全部>>
