Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing on pulmonary tuberculosis in end-stage renal disease(ESRD)patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 324 ESRD patients who received MHD treatment at Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 162 patients in each group.The control group received routine care during MHD treatment,while the observation group received prospective nursing during MHD treatment.The incidence and outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB),inflammatory reaction indicators,immune factor indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of PTB in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The negative conversion rates of the observation group at 2 months and 6 months were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum immunoglobulin E between the two groups(all P＞0.05).After 2 and 6 months of intervention,the levels of the above indicators in both groups significantly decreased compared to before intervention,and was lower in the observation group compared to the control group at the same time,with statistical differences(all P＜0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the observation group had significantly higher scores in all aspects of the Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form than the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing prospective nursing for ESRD patients during MHD treatment can reduce the occurrence of PTB,improve the negative conversion rate of PTB,and have a positive effect on reducing inflammation,improving immune function and quality of life.关键词
