普职分流的历史逻辑、现实思考与未来取向OA北大核心
Historical Logic,Realistic Thinking and Future Orientation of the Divergence of General Education and Vocational Education
明确普职分流政策的逻辑、困境与未来取向是确保普职分流良好推进的必然要求.从历史逻辑来看,普职分流的政策和实践因社会和职业教育的变化而不断演进;从现实问题来看,普职分流面临两大现实困境,即普通高中学历和中职学历不等值、学历价值和技能价值不匹配;从未来改革来看,需要加快推进"职教高考"制度建设,大幅增加中职学校的经费投入,提高中职教育的基础地位,重新审视学历与技能的关系,真正形成"职业教育和普通教育具有同等重要地位"的社会观念,实现普职主动分流、协调发展.
It is necessary to clarify the logic,dilemma and future orientation of the diversion policy of general and vocational education to ensure its good progress.From a historical logic perspective,the policy and practice of divergence of general education and vocational education should evolve in tandem with the alterations in society and vocational education.From the viewpoint of practical issues,the divergence of general education and vocational education confronts two practical predicaments:namely,general senior high school education and secondary vocational education are not equivalent,and the value of education and the value of skills do not align.From the perspective of future reforms,it is imperative to expedite the construction of the"vocational education college entrance examination"system,significantly augment the investment in secondary vocational schools,enhance the fundamental status of secondary vocational education,reevaluate the relationship between academic qualifications and skills,genuinely form the social notion that"vocational education and general education are of equal importance",and achieve the active distribution and coordinated development of general education and vocational education.
