Paths,Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Construction of Vocational Qualification Certificate System in Canada
摘要
Abstract
The long development history of the construction of Canadian vocational qualification certificate system has become a typical representative of the world vocational qualification certificate system.Taking the Canadian Red Seal Plan as an example,through the analysis of the vocational qualification certificate system constructed by competency standards,vocational standards,education and training standards and evaluation standards,and on the basis of summarizing the characteristics,this paper puts forward the experience and reference for the reform of China's vocational qualification certificate system,that is,to attach importance to and improve the development,renewal and construction of the vocational qualification system from the concept and system;encourage multiple stakeholders to actively participate in the formulation and implementation of the vocational qualification system;improve the vocational qualification certificate certification system,and carry out diversified simulation and certification;establish diversified development methods of the vocational qualification system,and attach importance to the docking of capabilities and needs.关键词
