摘要

Abstract

The new type labors are key factor to develop New Quality Productive Forces,with the characteristics of adapting to the advanced quality of productive forces,being good at using new production tools,and possessing multi-dimensional knowledge and composite skills and so on.The type attributes,cross-border attributes and times attributes enable vocational education to play an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of new type labors,and the cultivation of new type labors is the proper meaning of improving the quality and adaptability of vocational education in the new stage.It is necessary to provide solid talent support for the development of New Quality Productive Forces by strengthening the innovative allocation of factors,establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism,building an engineer training system,strengthening the institutionalized top-level design,and carrying out new labor education.
