Exploration of the high-level talent training model for the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine
摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of high-level talents in the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and western medicine is a strategic imperative for supporting a healthy China and advancing medical education reform.This paper takes the practice of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in training high-level talents in the integration of TCM and western medicine as an example.It explores the training model for such talents,focusing on their educational philosophy,goal setting,duration and degree,training stages,curriculum system,and faculty development.The study analyzes and summarizes the experiences gained in construction to provide new ideas and approaches for medical education reform and the cultivation of high-level talents in the integration of TCM and western medicine in the new era.关键词
