新时代背景下藏医药研究生教育的发展建议
Suggestions on the development of Tibetan medicine graduate education in the new era
摘要
Abstract
As the only independent Tibetan medicine college in China,the graduate education of Tibet University of Traditional Tibetan Medicine is representative of the graduate education of Tibetan medicine in our country.Based on the concept demand of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation of graduate education in Tibet University of Traditional Tibetan Medicine from the aspects of enrollment,tutors,training,degree awarding and management,and summarizes the existing problems in the structure of graduate education,enrollment,tutor team and training.Development suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of discipline and tutor team construction,student resource expansion,education and teaching,scientific research and innovation,and communication and cooperation ability improvement,in order to offer suggestions for promoting the cultivation of top talents in Tibetan medicine innovation.关键词
