Design and practice of TCM Classics Translation teaching with PBL-Seminar model

Abstract
In the context of the global dissemination of Chinese culture,the international dissemination of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has increasingly demanded professional high-level translators,underscoring the critical role of TCM classic translation teaching.The"PBL-Seminar"teaching method provides a novel educational model that emphasizes interactive learning between teachers and students and balances theory with practice.This approach offers new perspectives for the English translation teaching of TCM classics.Based on the MTI program characteristics of TCM universities,this teaching model has been applied to compulsory courses in TCM classic English translation.The model explores a translation teaching approach that aligns with the common educational goals and individual characteristics of TCM universities,aiming to provide valuable experiences for university-level translation teaching and the training of professional translators.关键词
