中医药法律英译的翻译主体间性探究
Intersubjectivity research on the English translation of TCM laws:a case study on Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Formulated by the state and enforced with national authority,TCM laws clearly display their national attributes and emphasize their ethnic characteristics.Their translation practices are important to promote the international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in a formal and standardized paradigm.The intersubjectivity in translation explores the interaction between different subjects in the translation process,facilitating a diverse and harmonious effect in translation practice.Taking the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper focuses on the translator,creator,and receiver,deconstructing their interactive relationships and manifestations between the original author,translator and reader,with the aim of providing references for the future translation practice of TCM laws.关键词
