中医学专业本科生临床毕业实习满意度评价研究OA

Research on the evaluation of satisfaction of clinical graduation internship of undergraduate students majoring in Chinese medicine

目的 了解北京中医药大学中医学专业本科临床毕业实习满意度现状,并探讨其原因及改进策略.方法 采用问卷调查法和访谈法,从学校、实习基地、学生个人 3 个维度对北京中医药大学中医学专业本科生临床毕业实习满意度进行调查分析.结果 北京中医药大学中医学专业学生临床毕业实习总体满意度评分为3.50 分,学校维度满意度评分为(21.53±6.05)分,满分 30 分;实习基地维度满意度评分为(29.77±7.16)分,满分40 分;学生个人维度满意度评分为(12.70±4.26)分,满分 20 分.其中,评分最高的为学生对带教教师所教学的实践技能满意度和对带教教师的整体满意度分别为(3.87±0.86)(3.87±0.71)分,最低为学生在实习期间所获得经济补助的满意度为(2.35±1.26)分.结论 北京中医药大学中医学专业学生对于本科临床毕业实习的满意度处于中等水平,仍存在实习与考研等个人规划冲突、学生个人能力提升较少,带教老师教学指导能力有待提升等问题.建议未来需培养学生积极面对实习的心态;加强实习基地的师资队伍建设;关注学生实际需求,以提升中医学专业本科生毕业实习效果与质量.

Objective To understand the current status of satisfaction with clinical graduation internships among undergraduate students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and to explore the reasons and improvement strategies.Methods A survey and interview method were employed to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of TCM undergraduate students with their clinical graduation internships from three dimensions:the school,the internship base,and the students themselves.Results The overall satisfaction score for clinical graduation internships was 3.50.The satisfaction score for the school dimension was 21.53±6.05 out of a possible 30;for the internship base dimension,it was 29.77±7.16 out of a possible 40;and for the student personal dimension,it was 12.70±4.26 out of a possible 20.The highest scores were for satisfaction with the practical skills taught by the supervising teachers and overall satisfaction with the supervising teachers,at 3.87±0.86 and 3.87±0.71,respectively.The lowest score was for satisfaction with the economic compensation received during the internship,at 2.35±1.26.Conclusion The satisfaction of TCM undergraduate students with their clinical graduation internships is at a moderate level.Issues such as conflicts between internships and personal planning for postgraduate exams,limited improvement in students'personal abilities,and the need to enhance the teaching and guidance abilities of supervising teachers were identified.It is recommended to foster a positive attitude among students towards internships,strengthen the faculty team at internship bases,and address students'practical needs to improve the effectiveness and quality of clinical graduation internships for TCM undergraduates.
