Mini-CEX在中医内科肾病实习教学中的应用研究OA
Research on the application of Mini-CEX in the internship teaching of nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine
目的 观察迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在提高中医内科肾病实习教学质量的作用.方法 以实习轮转的本科生为研究对象,随机将实习学生分为观察组和对照组,每组 30 人,观察组给予Mini-CEX测评,共进行2 次,对照组采用传统带教方法.2 组共观察4 周,实习结束后,分别进行教学满意度评价及出科临床技能考核,并对2 组进行比较;观察组采用5 点利克特量表的形式通过问卷对 Mini-CEX 各项内容的认可度进行评价.结果 实习4 周后,观察组的Mini-CEX考核成绩较初次显著提高(P<0.001),且临床技能考核成绩较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),观察组对 Mini-CEX 各项评价的得分均>4.4 分.结论 Mini-CEX测评引入中医内科肾病实习教学后,有助于显著提高教学质量.
Objective Observation of the role of Mini-CEX in improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nephrology internship teaching.Method Taking rotating undergraduate students as the research object,internship students were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 people in each group.The observation group received Mini-CEX evaluation twice in total.The control group of students used traditional teaching methods.Two groups were observed for a total of 4 weeks.After the internship,two groups will be evaluated for teaching satisfaction and clinical skill assessment before leaving the department,and the two groups will be compared.The observation group used a 5-point Likert scale to evaluate the recognition of various contents of Mini-CEX through a questionnaire.Results After 4 weeks of internship,the final Mini-CEX assessment score of the observation group improved compared to the initial score(P<0.001),and the clinical skills assessment score of the observation group increased compared to the control group(P<0.01).The observation group scored>4.4 points in all evaluations of Mini CEX.Conclusion The introduction of Mini-CEX evaluation into the internship teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nephrology can help improve the quality of teaching.
