Research progress on clinical utility of ultrasound in pleural diseases
摘要
Abstract
Pleural disease is one of the common clinical diseases,due to some difficulties in diagnosis and treatment,such as the diagnostic accuracy,difficulty in treatment,and the high recurrence rate,it often pose challenges on clinical practice.In recent years,the utility of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases is increasing.It has gradually expanded from the discovery and positioning of pleural effusion to the guidance of clinical pleural operations,the prediction of clinical efficacy,and the guidance of clinical treatment,which has influenced the diagnosis and treatment mode of pleural diseases to some extent.This article reviews the clinical application of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases,analyzes its clinical progress,discusses its advantages and disadvantages,and provides new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases.关键词
