摘要

Abstract

The disorder of intestinal flora is closely related to the pathogenesis of AIDS immunological non-responders(INR).Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern research,we believe that'qi deficiency and dampness obstruction'is the core pathogenesis of INR.The imbalance of intestinal flora is one of the biological basis of qi deficiency and dampness syndrome in TCM,which shares the similar pathogenesis of'qi deficiency and dampness obstruction'.Therefore,we can provide theoretical basis for the TCM treatment of INR from the perspectives of"qi deficiency and dampness obstruction"and gut microbiota.According to the treatment principle of TCM of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors,we have proposed a treatment method for INR that benefits qi and dispels dampness.Furthermore,by regulating the gut microbiota,we can promote immune reconstitution in INR patients,improving clinical symptoms.
