益肾养血蠲痹方治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及对患者膝关节功能及血清GRO-α、OPG、COMP的影响
Effect of Yishen Yangxue Juanbi Formula on Knee Osteoarthritis and Influence on Knee Function and Serum GRO-α,OPG and COMP

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Yishen Yangxue Juanbi formula(YYZF)on knee osteoarthritis and influence on knee function and serum growth regulation oncogene α(GRO-α),osteoprotegerin(OPG),cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A hundred and twenty-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from December 2021 to January 2023 were prospectively selected and divided into Western medicine group and formula group by random number table method.The Western medicine group was treated with Western medicine,and the formula group was treated with the same plus YYZF.Chinese Medicine syndrome score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)score,serum levels of oxidative stress factor,GRO-α,OPG,COMP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were recorded in the two groups,and the total effective rate was calculated.Results:The total effective rate of the formula group was 93.74%(60/64),which was higher than that of the Western medicine group(81.25%,52/64),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups were lower compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),which were lower in formula group than in Western medicine group(P<0.01).The levels of OPG and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in 2 groups increased(P<0.05),the levels of GRO-α,COMP,ESR and malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of OPG and SOD in formula group were higher than those in Western medicine group(P<0.01).The levels of GRO-α,COMP,ESR and MDA in formula group were lower than those in Western medicine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups became lower(P<0.05),which were lower in formula group than those of the Western medicine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yishen Yangxue Juanbi formula can effectively treat knee osteoarthritis.It can improve knee function,relieve pain and improve the curative effect by regulating the expression of oxidative stress factor,GRO-α,OPG,COMP and other factors.关键词
