目的:通过超微量紫外扫描与体外生物效应对佛手、香圆、枸橼进行鉴别.方法:通过光学显微镜观察3种药材的粉末,采用超微量紫外扫描获得佛手、香圆、枸橼提取物的最大吸收波长,通过酶标仪检测药材提取物的DPPH自由基清除、乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性.结果:佛手、香圆、枸橼粉末的显微特征无明显区别,其紫外最大吸收波长分别为323、285、270 nm,三者均无明显的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,但均有显著的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,其中DPPH自由基清除活性可用于香圆与枸橼的区分.结论:超微量紫外扫描结合体外生物效应检测是鉴别佛手、香圆、枸橼的有效方法,且3种药材含有潜在的DPPH自由基清除剂与α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂.

Objective:To identify Fructus citri sarcodactylis,Fructus citri and Citrus medica through ultramicro ultraviolet scanning and biological effect detection.Methods:The powders of the three medicinal materials were observed by optical microscope.The maximum absorption wavelengths of the three medicinals were obtained by ultramicro ultraviolet scanning.The DPPH free radical scavenging,acetylcholinesterase inhibition and α-glucosidase inhibition activities were tested by a microplate reader.Results:There was no significant difference in the microscopic characteristics of the three materials.Their maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelengths were 323 nm,285 nm and 270 nm respectively.None of them had significant acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities,but all of them had significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.The DPPH scavenging activity can be used to distinguish Fructus citri from Citrus medica.Conclusion:Ultramicro ultraviolet scanning combined with in vitro biological effect detection is an effective method to identify Fructus citri sarcodactylis,Fructus citri and Citrus medica.The three medicinal materials contain potential DPPH radical scavengers and α-glucosidase inhibitors.
