Identification of Fructus citri sarcodactylis,Fructus citri and Citrus medica Based on Ultramicro Ultraviolet Scanning and Biological Effect Detection

Abstract
Objective:To identify Fructus citri sarcodactylis,Fructus citri and Citrus medica through ultramicro ultraviolet scanning and biological effect detection.Methods:The powders of the three medicinal materials were observed by optical microscope.The maximum absorption wavelengths of the three medicinals were obtained by ultramicro ultraviolet scanning.The DPPH free radical scavenging,acetylcholinesterase inhibition and α-glucosidase inhibition activities were tested by a microplate reader.Results:There was no significant difference in the microscopic characteristics of the three materials.Their maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelengths were 323 nm,285 nm and 270 nm respectively.None of them had significant acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities,but all of them had significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.The DPPH scavenging activity can be used to distinguish Fructus citri from Citrus medica.Conclusion:Ultramicro ultraviolet scanning combined with in vitro biological effect detection is an effective method to identify Fructus citri sarcodactylis,Fructus citri and Citrus medica.The three medicinal materials contain potential DPPH radical scavengers and α-glucosidase inhibitors.关键词
