调肺汤治疗咳嗽临证思辨录
Clinical Observations and Reflections on the Use of Tiaofei Decoction for Treating Cough
摘要
Abstract
Cough,characterized by the emission of cough sounds or sputum production,results from factors such as external pathogens or internal injuries leading to the lung failing to diffuse and govern descent,and ascending counterflow of lung qi,which impacts the airway.Tiaofei Decoction,a verified prescription created by Mr.Liu Shaowu from Shanxi,includes Mahuang(Ephedra),Xingren(Apricot Kernel),Shigao(Gypsum),Shashen(Glehnia Root),Maidong(Ophiopogon),Wuweizi(Schisandra),Yinggushike(Poppy Shell),Gualou(Trichosanthes),Chaihu(Bupleurum),Huangqin(Scutellaria),Dangshen(Codonopsis),Zisuzi(Perilla Seed),Chuanjiao(Sichuan Pepper),Dazao(Jujube),and Gancao(Licorice).This formula has functions such as dispersing the lung to relieve cough,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,nourishing yin and moistening the lung,astringing lung qi,and harmonizing the functions of the whole body.It serves as a base formula with modifications and has shown excellent clinical efficacy for various types of coughs.This paper analyzes the composition and indications of this formula and provides several typical case studies to detail the reasoning process.关键词
