Advances in Application of Surface Electromyography in Treatment of Limb Dysfunction in Stroke by Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Surface electromyography can objectively assess the functional status of muscle groups after initial injury of the neuromuscular system and during the whole recovery process by recording muscle activities,and more and more scholars use it in the research of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke limb dysfunction,this paper summarizes the neuromuscular functional status and pathological characteristics of stroke limb disorders,the evaluation parameters of surface electromyography in stroke limb dysfunction and its significance,the application of surface electromyography in the application of acupuncture in the treatment of stroke limb dysfunction,to suggest more objectively the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of stroke limb dysfunction,and to analyze the prospects and shortcomings of the current application of surface electromyography evaluation.关键词
