Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture combined with neuromuscular promotion technology on the overall rehabilitation and safety of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke.Methods:88 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=44)ac-cording to the numerical random table method.The control group were treated with neuromuscular promotion technique,while observation group were given combined treatment of electroacupuncture and neuromuscular promotion technology.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,rehabilitation ef-fect,pharyngeal contraction and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall response rate of observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 75.00%that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMASA score and FIRS score of observation group were higher than those of control group,while the SSA score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the duration of pharyngeal cavity constriction in observa-tion group during concentrated and dilute fluid diets was longer than those of control group,while the rates of pharyngeal cavity constriction was lower than those of control group(P<0.05);and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with neuromuscular promotion technology can achieve significant results in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke,which can not only improve the therapeutic effect and promote the rehabilitation of swallowing function,but also improve the pharyngeal cavity contraction of patients with high safety.关键词
