Prof.Fang Wujie's Experience in Treating Post-Stroke Depression from the Liver Theory Based on Constitution Identification
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a common complication after stroke,which is a coexistence of physical symptoms and multiple complex mental symptoms,and seriously affects the functional recovery and quality of life of stroke patients.Professor Fang Wujie believes that PSD is based on stroke and depression is the symptom;the cause of PSD is internal injury of emotions and feelings,and liver qi stagnation are always present in the disease,and the bias of constitutional differentiation affects the identification of symptoms,which influences the treatment and prognosis of the patients.The treatment of PSD should be based on the identification of the constitution from the theory of liver,with the main focus on dredging the liver and resolving qi and depression,supplemented by resolving blood stasis and restoring wind,or strengthening the spleen and nourishing the blood,or regulating qi and resolving phlegm to improve the constitution,thus preventing and treating stroke,and achieved good clinical efficacy.关键词
