维生素A与孤独症谱系障碍相关性的研究进展
Research Progress on the Correlation between Vitamin A and Autism Spectrum Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a highly inherited neurodevelopmental disorder,and its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.Vi-tamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin necessary for maintaining normal metabolism and function of the human body.It is involved in the development of the brain and the regulation of nervous system function.Recent studies have shown that changes in vitamin A levels can cause neurological and be-havioral disorders,and then produce ASD-like symptoms.Vitamin A is closely related to the occurrence and development of ASD.Vitamin A is closely related to the occurrence and development of ASD.Vitamin A deficiency can aggravate the core symptoms of ASD such as social communica-tion disorders and stereotyped behaviors,and vitamin A supplementation can partially improve the symptoms.Therefore,this article reviews the rela-tionship between vitamin A and ASD,its related mechanisms,and its therapeutic effects on ASD,so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and inter-vention of ASD.关键词
