From"liberating and developing productive forces"to"cultivating and developing new quality productive forces":The changes and inspirations of productivity theory since the founding of New China

Abstract
Productivity is the basis for the existence and development of human society.It is an important mission of the Communist Party of China to continuously liberate and develop productivity and improve people's living standards.Stud-ying the development of productivity is necessary to promote the leapfrog development of China's science and technology industry.It is necessary to achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement,as well as to build a strong country in science and technology.It has profound guiding significance for the comprehensive revitalization of the new era and the economic and social development of the country.In the glorious course of 75 years since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China has led the people to forge ahead and struggle,and has gone through three historic leaps from"standing up"to"getting rich"and then to"getting strong".Based on"standing up",the Commu-nist Party of China with Mao Zedong as the main representative proposed that"the purpose of socialist revolution is to lib-erate the productive forces".Based on"getting rich",the Communist Party of China,represented by Deng Xiaoping,proposed that"science and technology are the first productive forces".This is the constant exploration and development of the Communist Party of China in cultivating and developing productive forces according to the changes of the times and historical tasks.These theoretical explorations and practices are consistent with the development of production relations and means of production in different times,and they are also connected with each other.Since the establishment of New China,China has achieved a historic leap in the development of productive forces,demonstrating that the establishment and continuous improvement of the socialist system are prerequisites for production development.Technological innovation and industrial upgrading further promote the progress of productivity.The reform and opening up,as well as the establish-ment of a socialist market economy system,have promoted the rapid development of productive forces and other distinc-tive features.At present,a series of measures should be taken to improve the socialist system,adhere to scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading,strengthen the construction of talent teams,and deepen reform and o-pening up,in order to create more prosperous living conditions and broader development prospects for the people.The aim is to promote the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and enhance the people's sense of gain and happiness.关键词
