针对局部放电信号在高压电缆传播中的衰减问题,设计一款基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)的时域反射(TDR)法的全球移动通信系统(GSM)短信通信便携式转发器.主要用于数据采集,滤除局部放电中窄带干扰、白噪声干扰等,检测出准确的局部放电信号并将其幅值、平均放电时长等特征信息以短信的形式反馈给近端检测设备,同时将产生的较大脉冲代替远端反射的局部放电信号,再利用计算机模拟局部信号噪声环境进行去噪实验.实验表明,所提装置不仅能够等效增强局部放电信号,而且可以提高定位精度,测试结果满足相关要求.

Aiming at the attenuation problem of partial discharge signal in the transmission of high voltage cable,a portable GSM short message communication repeater based on FPGA time domain reflectometry(TDR)method is designed.It is mainly used for data acquisition,filtering out narrow band interference,white noise and other interference in partial discharge,detecting accurate partial discharge signal and transmitting its amplitude.The characteristic information such as the average discharge time is fed back to the local detection device in the form of short messages,and a larger pulse is generated to replace the partial discharge signal reflected by the far end.Then the computer simulates the local signal noise environment for the denoising experiment.Finally,the experiment shows that this device not only enhances the strength of local signal,but also improves the positioning accuracy.The test results meet the requirements.
