触头系统是万能式断路器的关键部件,触头磨损程度是反映万能式断路器寿命的关键参数,但难以在线直接测量.针对触头磨损程度的测量,提出通过直接测量主轴转动速度来间接测量触头磨损情况的方法.首先利用电磁感应原理设计传感器,用于主轴转动速度的测量;然后采用有限元电磁仿真对传感器的具体参数进行优化设计;最后加工模型样机,进行触头不同磨损程度的试验对比.试验结果验证了所设计传感器的有效性.

The contact system is a key component of the air circuit breaker(ACB),and the degree of contact wear is a key parameter reflecting the lifespan of ACB,but it is difficult to measure directly online.A method is proposed to indirectly measure the degree of contact wear by directly measuring the spindle rotation speed.Firstly,using the principle of electromagnetic induction the sensors is designed to measure the rotational speed of the spindle.Then,the finite element electromagnetic simulation is used to optimize the specific parameters of the sensor.Finally,a model prototype is processed and the experimental comparisons are conducted on the different levels of contact wear.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the designed sensor.
