1例人型支原体感染超早产儿的药学监护实践
Pharmaceutical Care for an Extremely Preterm Infant with Mycoplasma Hominis Infection by Clinical Pharmacists
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the selection of antibiotics and pharmaceutical care of Mycoplasma hominis infection in extremely preterm infants.Methods:The clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment process of an extremely preterm infant with M.hominis infection.By consulting a large number of literature,clinical pharmacists assisted the clinicians in selecting the appropriate antibiotics for the infant,and provided pharmaceutical care regimen.Results:After treatment with anti-M hominis therapy,the occipital swelling subsided.Combined with other antibiotics for treatment,the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators were improved,and no adverse drug reactions were observed.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists participate into the formulation of individualized administration regimen for special children can ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug therapy.关键词
