Key Techniques and Measures Applied in Construction of First Large Beam-Slab Structure on Piles in Qinzhou Port

Abstract
The existing large wharves in Qinzhou port belongs to gravity structure.Based on jetty No.19 in Jingujiang operation area,the key technical issues and countermeasures were discussed,which were related to the execution of the first large piled beam-slab wharf in this region,the statistics of real effects were made and analyzed.Such a new wharf structure served as a technical reference,which was beneficial to the port development.The adaptability of piled structure was analyzed,the main difficulties during construction were highlighted,including the application of a new technology of drilling&piling,which solved the difficulty of driving temporary auxiliary steel tubular pile and steel casing into the rock exposed to air in deep water environment.And the crossing construction mechanism of rock blasting and cast-in-situ pile was studied for the first time,which served as a new engineering case.The safety control requirements corresponding to the new structure were put forward,which supplemented local safety education.关键词
