Abstract

Ma'anshan Gongtie Yangtze River Bridge is a three-tower steel girder cable-stayed bridge with three main towers.Z5#pier cap is close to the main waterway of the Yangtze River,buried deep in the deep and water-rich sand layer in the heart of the river.The cap volume is 25 717 m3,and the optimization design of the supporting structure is faced with a huge problem.Combined with the bridge site,the steel sheet pile cofferdam is planned to be used as the construction support structure of the cap.After comprehensive consideration of cap structure size,buried depth,geological conditions,hydrological conditions and construction equipment and other factors,the PC engineering pile cofferdam scheme is adopted.The incremental calculation principle is used to analyze the construction process of earth collection in dry work of cofferdam.The empirical calculation shows that the structural strength and stiffness of cofferdam meet the specification requirements.The construction adopts deep well dewatering measures to ensure the anhydrous environment in the cofferdam and ensure the smooth implementation of no bottom sealing scheme.During the construction,the dynamic real-time monitoring is carried out on the structural stress and deformation of the main parts of the cofferdam.Through the comparison and analysis between the monitoring data and the theoretical value,the conclusion is drawn that the incremental method can better reflect the engineering practice and has obvious advantages over the traditional full method.
