文化自信视角下区域特色文化资源融入工商管理类专业境外生课程思政的路径研究OA

区域特色文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,它孕育中华民族伟大复兴的价值元素,是坚定文化自信的重要形态.基于高校所在地文化如何融入工商管理类专业境外生课程思政,该研究以"以侨立校、为侨服务"的华侨大学为例,阐述高校所在地特色文化的内涵,发现将其融入高校课程思政有助于实现课程思政模式优化,推动中华优秀传统文化的传承与创新,实现多环节文化教育渗透,实现地方资源与教育教学深度融合,完成立德树人的任务.在此基础上总结出区域特色文化融入课程思政的主要做法,一是挖掘"针对性教学资源";二是搭建"多元性教学平台";三是培养"互补性师资团队";最后是探寻"长效性保障机制".

Regional characteristic culture is an important component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which breeds the value elements of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and is an important form of strengthening cultural confidence.Based on how to integrate the local culture of colleges and universities into the ideological and political education of overseas students majoring in business administration,this study takes Huaqiao University,which is"founded by overseas Chinese and serving overseas Chinese,"as an example.The study elaborates the connotation of the unique culture of the university's location.We find that integrating it into the ideological and political courses of universities helps optimize the curriculum model,promote the inheritance and innovation of Chinese excellent traditional culture,achieve multi-faceted cultural education penetration,achieve deep integration of local resources with education and teaching,and fulfill the task of cultivating moral integrity.On this basis,the main practices of integrating regional characteristic culture into curriculum ideological and political education are summarized as follows:firstly,exploring"targeted teaching resources";secondly,building a"diverse teaching platform";thirdly,cultivating a"complementary teaching team";and finally,exploring a"long-term guarantee mechanism."
