摘要

Abstract

Professional courses are an important carrier of ideological and political education.Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering is thecore course of bioengineering major.This course has rich ideological and political elements which can be used as cases of"values education".In this study,we selected five typical cases related to the course,found the breakthrough points including national sentiment,scientific spirit,international vision,humanistic quality and ecological civilization,and integrated"knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance"to guide the students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.This study expanded the educational function of the course and improved the teaching quality.The ideological and political teaching model of this course is highly praised by students,and the teaching quality,effectiveness,and feedback from employers are good.
