德才兼备视域下环境工程创新人才培养路径探索与实践

Abstract
Under the background of the new era,the discipline of environmental engineering is faced with two difficulties:the demand for innovative talents training and the national green development strategy.In this situation,how to deal with the opportunities and challenges of environmental engineering is a question worth pondering.In view of the problems and shortcomings of the existing training mode of environmental engineering,this paper considers and explores the path of cultivating innovative talents of environmental engineering from the perspective of both morality and ability with the characteristics of the school,and puts forward the training system of innovative talents for environmental engineering major,which combines"moral education"with"talent".And this paper also introduces the practical methods and measures in detail,in order to provide reference for the training of environmental engineering professionals in national provincial universities.关键词
