Abstract

New energy vehicles are the general trend of the future development of the automobile industry,and also an effective way to reduce carbon emissions under the background of"Carbon neutral",but China's new energy vehicles industry is facing the severe challenge of lack of talents.In this context,attracting youth's interest in new energy vehicles and improving their professional application intention is crucial to accelerating the construction of a talent reserve system and promoting the high-quality development of the new energy vehicles industry.In view of this situation,this paper aims to attract high school students'interest in new energy vehicles and improve their professional application intention.We rationally use of geographical advantages and surrounding resources to design the special activity plan of"New Energy Vehicle Science Camp",which provides new methods for cooperation and education of new energy vehicle between universities and middle schools and explore new ideas for the cultivation of new energy vehicle reserve talents.The analysis of the activity shows that participating in the new energy vehicle science camp can effectively stimulate the interest of youth in learning and researching new energy vehicles,which can increase their professional knowledge of new energy vehicles and enhance their intention and career willingness of new energy vehicles.
