基于3D打印技术的石油运聚实验教学研究
摘要
Abstract
Underground crude oil migration and accumulation are the core teaching contents of petroleum colleges and universities.Due to the simple theoretical teaching and the lack of physical model simulation experiment, students have a vague understanding of the underground migration mechanism and accumulation mode of oil,so it is necessary to try and explore with the help of high-tech technical means. The author applied 3D printing technology to complete the classic oil migration and accumulation mode in the textbook, and takes differential accumulation model, fault migration model and cap seal model as examples to observe the experimental process of oil injection and analyze the crude oil migration and accumulation model, and expounds the cross integration of 3D printing technology and experimental teaching of petroleum major. The practice has proved that this study can provide typical experimental teaching content for the core courses of petroleum geology, break through the bottleneck of students'understanding of abstract oil and gas migration and accumulation mode, not only improve students'interest in experiments, but also stimulate their innovative thinking of active exploration, which is of great significance for cultivating students'engineering practice ability and innovation ability.关键词
