指导教师素质能力与过程管理对本科毕业论文质量的影响

Abstract
This paper takes the undergraduate thesis of the college of Economics and Management,Northwest A&F University from 2020 to 2022 as the research object.It applies multiple regression model and Logist model and analyzes the influence of quality ability and process management of teachers on the quality of undergraduate thesis.The study found that the degree of attention paid by tutors has a significant impact on the quality of papers.The tutors'influence channels on undergraduate graduation thesis can be divided into five aspects:the source of topic,the innovation of topic,data processing,workload and literature reading.The degree of attention has a significant positive impact on the innovation of topic selection,data processing,workload and literature reading.The stronger the personal quality of the tutor is and the higher the emphasis is,the more likely students write high-quality graduation thesis;under the correct guidance of teachers and the efforts of students themselves,the quality of graduation thesis can be fundamentally guaranteed.关键词
