Abstract
The water-cooled roller slag cooler of a 2×350 MW supercritical circulating fluid-ized bed(CFB)boiler in Shanxi has some problems in production and operation,such as slag blocking,slag flow,slag discharge over temperature and low degree of automation control.The key points of operation adjustment for slag system problem,intelligent algorithm of ad-vance slag blocking warning,and intelligent adjustment method of slag cooler based on the feedforward temperature change rate are proposed,after application,the number of un-planned shutdowns of the unit caused by slag blocking,the number of protection trip of slag cooler triggered by over temperature of slag discharge(more than 150℃)and the frequency of manual slag cleaning were significantly reduced.It greatly alleviates the technical problem of slag-discharging from the slag-cooler in the production process of the power plant and lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the boiler.关键词
