摘要
Abstract
Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is a common infectious disease in China.With the continuous active replication of hepatitis B virus(HBV)in the body,cirrhosis and even liver cancer can progress,seriously threatening the health and life of patients.However,CHB patients with high viral load not only have an increased risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer,mother-to-child vertical transmission,but also with a lower rate of virological response to antiviral therapy.At present,the management of CHB patients with high viral load has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad,but there is still a lack of systematic research and elaboration.This paper will focus on the above problems combined with relevant domestic and foreign literature review,hoping that scholars in this field can have more in-depth research on special patients with high viral load CHB in the future.关键词
