Abstract
Based on the principle of"prevention first,protection priority,and combination of prevention and control",this paper analyzes and evaluates the measures with soil and water conservation functions in the design of the main project.Aiming at the soil erosion caused by the construction of a waste water treatment plant and its degree of harm,combined with the experience of soil and water conservation of similar projects,the soil and water conservation engineering measures,plant measures,permanent measures and temporary measures,soil and water conservation measures designed by the main body and new measures of the program are organically combined.Soil and water conservation measures shall be laid in a comprehensive,scientific and systematic manner according to local conditions in accordance with the control zones,and a complete system of comprehensive control measures shall be formed.关键词
