Abstract
The connotation,significance and importance of the modernization and refinement of water conservancy project management are elucidated in this paper.It thoroughly examines the problems existing in the current situation of water conservancy project management,analyzes the modernization of management concept,means and teams in water conservancy projects,as well as the refinement of objectives,processes and standards.This paper presents implementation strategies,such as strengthening scientific and technological innovation and application,improving management systems and norms,promoting information construction and intelligent management,as well as strengthening talent team construction and management.The aim is to enhance the management efficiency of current water conservancy projects,ensure the safe and stable operation and promote the sustainable development of water conservancy undertakings.关键词
