Value of diffusion-weighted imaging in clinical evaluation of brain gliomas
目的 分析磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在脑胶质瘤临床评估中的价值.方法 选取2020-01-2023-08接受检查的85例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受病理诊断证实,均采用GE 1.5T磁共振成像系统进行检查,对患者进行随访,统计患者复发情况,测定患者肿瘤坏死囊变区、肿瘤周边区、肿瘤实质部分及对侧正常脑白质的表观弥散系数(ADC)值及相对ADC(rADC)值,并进行比较.结果 患者对侧正常脑白质ADC值为(8.32±0.63)×10-4 …查看全部>>
