AEEG结合脑干听觉诱发电位表现与昏迷患者预后的相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation between AEEG combined with brain-stem auditory evoked potential and prognosis of coma patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the performance of ambulatory electroencephalography(AEEG)combined with brain-stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and the prognosis of coma patients.Methods Clinical data of 60 coma patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively studied.All 60 patients underwent AEEG and BAEP examinations,and were followed up for 3 months.Based on the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score,they were divided into the good prognosis group(GOS 3-5)of 32 cases and the poor prognosis group(GOS 1-2)of 28 cases.The evaluation value of AEEG and BAEP examinations on patients'prognosis was analyzed,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlations among AEEG,BAEP,and GOS score.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of the combined of AEEG and BAEP examination were higher than those of AEEG and BAEP alone(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sensitivity between combined examination and AEEG alone(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in specificity among specific AEEG and BAEP alone,combined examination(P>0.05).According to Spearman correlation analysis,there was a negative correlation between AEEG grading and GOS score after 3 months in coma patients(r=-0.720,P<0.050).According to Spearman correlation analysis,there was a negative correlation(r=-0.650,P<0.050)between the BAEP grading of coma patients and the GOS score after 3 months.Conclusion The combination of AEEG and BAEP has a high value in evaluating the prognosis of coma patients,and the grading of AEEG and BAEP is negatively correlated with the prognosis of coma patients.关键词
