Analysis of Opportunities and Risks of Generative AI Embedded in Elderly Care Services Based on Chat GPT
摘要
Abstract
The development of generative artificial intelligence will bring great social changes and has broad development potential and application scenarios.This paper discusses why generative artificial intelligence such as Chat GPT can be em-bedded into elderly care services,why it is feasible,why it can be faced and why it can be promoted.Based on the technol-ogy embedding theory,"how is it possible"outlines three new development opportunities that Chat GPT brings to elderly care services:optimizing the operation mechanism of supply and demand to crack the"gap between banks and develop-ment";helping diverse scenarios to improve the quality of elderly care services;improving the supervision and feedback mechanism and optimizing the elderly care service process."Why it is feasible"analyzes the feasibility of its embedding in elderly care services from three aspects:policy foundation,technical feasibility and user acceptance.Generative artificial intelligence such as Chat GPT brings new opportunities and ideas to elderly care services,but also brings political,techni-cal and ethical risks to elderly care services.How to promote the sustainable development of generative artificial intelligence such as Chat GPT in elderly care services and prevent risks requires the joint efforts of multi-stakeholders such as the gov-ernment,technical experts,enterprises and families to form the complement of legal system,technology and ethics.关键词
