摘要

Abstract

In view of the risk of planting agricultural products on moderately to heavily metal cadmi-um-polluted farmland,this study investigated the growth status of three economic plants-perilla,cabbage and basil under four soil cadmium pollution concentrations(0.6,1.4,2.3,5 mg·kg-1)was studied.The results show significant differences in the growth inhibition of the three economic plants under different concentrations of cadmium pollution.As cadmium concentration increases,the biomass of basil is significantly inhibited,the biomass of perilla displays an initial increase followed by a decrease,while the biomass of cabbage is relatively less affected by cadmium pollution stress.With the increase of cadmium concentration,the chlorophyll content of basil and perilla decreases gradually,while that of cabbage increases first and then decreases.In addition,the cadmium con-tent in plant roots is proportional to the cadmium concentration of soil,which are the main organ of cadmium accumulation.The cadmium accumulation capacity of plants is evaluated by the cumulative amount of cadmium absorption,which ranks as follows:cabbage(5.65~27.81μg)>perilla(2.81~6.87 μg)>basil(2.03~4.88 μg).
