基于ISM-ANP-灰色模型的农村公路建设项目质量评价研究
Research on Quality Evaluation of Agricultural Road Construction Projects Based on ISM-ANP-Grey Model
摘要
Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate the performance level of rural highway construction pro-jects,20 indicators are selected from five aspects with rural highway construction management,fund management,engineering effect,ecological environment and economic and social benefits.Firstly,the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)model is used to analyze the relationship between the indicators of performance evaluation.Then,the Analysis Network Process(ANP)is used to deter-mine the index weights.Finally,a grey evaluation model is constructed to realize the performance e-valuation of rural highway construction projects.Taking the rural road construction project in Henan province as an example,its performance level was determined to be 8.022,which belongs to the"good"level of evaluation.The research results show that the effectiveness of the model constructed in this paper is good and can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the quality level of rural road construction projects.Based on the quality results,recommendations and directions for upgrading the planning and development of rural roads are given.关键词
