Analysis of Technical Difficulties in Unified Property Rights Registration of Natural Resources
摘要
Abstract
Taking the pilot project of natural resource certification in the Yulong Snow Mountain Na-ture Reserve as an example,this paper elaborates on the workflow of natural resource certification.Effective and feasible solutions and suggestions are proposed for the problems of multi-source hetero-geneous data fusion,diverse basic data coordinate systems,complex rights ownership,and conflicts within the protected area boundaries in the certification work.At the end of the article,practical and effective suggestions are proposed for the current status of natural resource certification.This paper can provide guidance and reference for the subsequent development of related projects.关键词
