Experience and Practice of Tackling Core Technologies in Key Fields both at Home and Abroad and the Enlightenment to Hunan Province
摘要
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that it is necessary to concentrate resorces on original and pioneering scientific and technological research,and achieve breakthrough in core technologies in key f ields.In view of the importance and severity of key core technology research,this paper analyzes the mode and experience of core technologies in key fields abroad and in some typical provinces of China,and makes a comparative study from the aspects of top-level structure,project selection,organizational model,fund management,and achievement transformation.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions for building an efficient organizational system for core technologies in key fields research based on the current situation and existing problems of Hunan Province.关键词
