The Impact of Virtual Agglomeration on the Quality of Regional Economic Growth
摘要
Abstract
The vigorous development of the digital economy has induced virtual agglomeration,a new form of spatial organization,which has also brought new opportunities for the improvement of the quality of regional economic growth.Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2022,this paper takes 29 provinces in the eastern,central,and western regions of China as the research object,measures the level of virtual agglomeration,regional economic growth quality and other related variables,and empirically tests the influence mechanism of virtual agglomeration on the quality of regional economic growth by constructing corresponding econometric models.It is found that under the given assumptions,the development of virtual agglomeration plays a different role in promoting the quality of regional economic growth and the virtual agglomeration can promote the improvement of regional economic growth quality by improving regional innovation capabilities.Finally,according to the research conclusions,some targeted policy suggestions are put forward to develop virtual agglomeration,so as to promote the high-quality development of the regional economy of China.关键词
