Explore Model Optimization of Volunteer Explanation Service in Hebei Museum
摘要
Abstract
Volunteer explain service is an important avenue for museum to play the role of social educator.Scientific service model and efficient management mechanism are the basis for the development of voluntary service.This article takes Hebei Museum as an example,through the contrast the present with the past to make an analysis of volunteer explanation.Draw a conclusion of optimal management from the organizational structure,Operation Management,incentive mechanism and so on.Hope for the value and significance of reference to other museums.关键词
